We develop relationships with our clients and work in partnership with them throughout the various stages of their lives. We do not treat you like a customer where you are sold a product without any ongoing service.

Our unique 4 stage process
Stage ONE begins by having an in depth meeting with you to find out what you want to achieve during your lifetime. This will cover issues such as retirement, growing a business, protecting your family and your wealth as well as short term goals, for example, saving for children’s and grandchildren’s education and funding for the set up of your business.
Stage TWO involves the design of your plan with the help of market leading research tools:
We begin by assessing your attitude to risk. This is done using a series of questions that are answered by you and when analysed will indicate your attitude to risk.
This will allow us to build a portfolio of funds that matches your risk profile covering different asset classes such as equities, bonds, property and cash.
We also select funds from different geographical sectors such as the UK, USA, Europe, Latin America, the Far East and Japan. This spreads the risk as well as taking advantage of different economies that may be growing faster than the traditional established economies. To select the funds we subscribe to Analytics, one of the most comprehensive fund selection tools in the market that allows us to select the best performing funds in each asset class and geographical area.
If you have existing products we will analyse how well they have performed and what charges are being applied to them. In many cases the existing plan will still be suitable or it may just require a fund switch to align it with your current attitude to risk but, if appropriate we will make recommendations for alternative plans. We will always produce a comprehensive report to justify our recommendation. This report will include a comparison of charges and past performance between your current funds and the portfolio that we would design for you.
If you agree with our recommendation for your plan then we move to stage 3.
Stage THREE is the set up stage where we implement your plan.
Stage FOUR completes the process but this stage is an ongoing process.
We will meet with you regularly to discuss your plan to ensure that it is still on track or to amend it if your circumstances change.
We will periodically rebalance your portfolio when it is appropriate to do so. For example you may have 3% of your fund invested in emerging markets because that is appropriate to your attitude to risk. If this portion performs very well and becomes 5% of your overall portfolio then it should be reduced back to 3% by switching some of the gains into safer funds. This keeps your portfolio in line with your attitude to risk. We will also recommend fund switches if, for example, a better performing fund is highlighted by our research process. These switches are free with the products that we recommend.
You will also have access to your own secure webpage where you will be able to obtain real time valuations of your funds. You can also communicate with us in a secure environment using your personal webpage.
